Tarver might as well try anything to make the loss not seem as bad as was & get himself back in line for some decent paydays.

Problem is, it's on video, & anyone can see Tarver losing every single round to Hopkins. Damn, that was definition of being completely outclassed.

Although im not going to go as far as to say that he was drugged, to be fair, Antionio Tarver did NOT look like Antionio Tarver.
As much as I dislike him, it seemed like something was wrong with him that night.

yeah he was drugged by right hands from Bernard all night long, and he looked fine the first few rounds he just couldnt deal with Hopkins movement and his ability to neutralize his jab. Tarver coulda been better if he wasnt playin movie star and comin down from such heavy weight. Maybe he shoulda taken a tuneup fight. Dont forget the dude said he had the best training camp he had ever had and after the fight he said something like he had no exscuses and that Bernard just fought a perfect fight. What a load of crap!

Tarver should fight Taylor. They both are from the same mold. Both have been hyped by the media and always HAVE AN EXCUSE!!!! Tarver is still talking crap and still believes he's the best Light heavyweight ever!!! All because he beat a shot Roy Jones... Actually Tarver fought exactly like he has in previous fights but didn't have a tomatoe can in front of him. Ig only Tarver was Taylor he would have one his decision

Tarver would/will never be able to beat a great fighter in hopkins. he wasn't drugged weight drained etc, he was frustrated that hopkins was beating that ass and making him look ****** on Tv. I keep asking people the same question about what they think about this fight. I say "do you think it was Hopkins displaying a great performance, or Tarver displaying a poor performance" I expected some would say a combination of both, but that is not the response I received. Everyone claims it was hopkins putting on a great performance, and I agree with that 100%. Hopkins= great. Tarver= overrated

Tarver drugged ?? I would say Hopkins was the poison and Tarver didnt have one chance one the "poison" started to work. And by the way, i really think Tarver is way over the hill now, ad it will show one he fights a good fighter. More then 1 year of at his age can only hurt, unless you train and live as good as Hopkins dies.
