I agree...if he can't beat JLC, he's not a world-class fighter....if he beats JLC and looks good doing it, sky's the limit! A lot on the line for the Hitman on the 23rd!

Maybe.....maybe at this point but losing to Castillo close or in a war is not that bad for your resume.....as long as castillo fights like he used to he may be getting old after all he has been through.

I agree, a close loss wouldn't ruin the kid's career...it would take away from his undefeated mystique however, and frankly at this stage of JLC's career, nobody at "the top" of the sport should lose to him....and I do believe that Ricky is at the top of the sport, so I'm taking him by UD12

              Yeah you're probably right.....

I personally am not overly impressed with Hatton but this will give him a chance in my eyes to win me and others over.He is exciting at times but I see him ending up like ward or gatti someday for some reason.

Yes, whatever opinion people have of boxers is to a certain extent based on their last fight.

I'm hoping for a brilliant performance by Hatton, so those who were not impressed with his last couple of fights will have a somewhat better opinion. There's always a few hard core haters that will never respect him no matter what he does, but most people have a sense of fairness and will give him his due respect if he's in top shape and fights like a world champion.

the last fight Castillo has against a big fighter, the Corrales rematch, he looked outstanding! Im not sure if the fights and age are catching up to him or he just has been out of shape though...

Mostly I dont care who wins, I just want this to be an outstanding fight.

I've read that Castillo is highly motivated and excited by this upcoming fight, so I think he'll be in better shape than he has since the last Corrales fight.
