Wladimir Klitschko vs. Lamon Brewster II

Decision
I think Klitschko will win this fight by unamious decision. The fact that he is the more active fighter out of the two will make a big difference. I think Brewster is making the the same mistake Judah made. By that I mean taking a big fight too soon after a year layoff. Maybe Brewster will pull an upset and knock Klitschko out again but the chances are real slim of that happening.Comment

Yes, the layoff isn't a good excuse - it's been beneficial to Brewster. He says he's in perfect health and I've read he's in great shape.
No excuses either way! If Brewster wins, it won't be because Wlad was drugged, and if Wlad wins, it won't be because of Lamon's year off.Comment

.....Deep down I suspect that Wlad wants this fight even more than he may want another shot at Corrie Sanders. IMO this is probably the fight that Wlad has thought about and obsessed over since the first loss. I expect him to be extremely focused and ready.Comment

I expect you're right, and I hope he shows it in the ring. And I want to take one more opportunity to make a call on this fight....He'll hurt Brewster by the end of the first round, and finish him before the end of 4. I've got a strong feeling Wlad is going to jump right in the middle of him after half a round or so of feeling out, just to see if Brewster has anything new, and maybe also to allow Brewster to get his own attack out of the way (I think Brewster will immediately try and rush Klitchko and get an early KO, and will punch himself out slightly by the middle of the first round).Comment

Brewster is strong, but I have a feeling Wlad is stronger and will take his loss out on him with a passionComment

Size is not so important. Look at Ibragimov vs. Briggs, and Chagaev vs. Valuev - the smaller man won.Comment

And i'm not buying this fight as well. first off, klits being cautious it should be boring as hell. Secondly pretty much in your face who will win and i DONT SUPPORT RIGGED FIGHTS like that when they have Zab Judah's management picking fights also for Lamon Brewster. What a dumb idea for Lamon, what a waste of time for Klits. Even if brewster would have a tune up fight i still wouldnt pay for it.Comment
