askin him to go u another weight class to fight a large 160 isnt the same

I think Floyd would beat Taylor. He eked out a draw against WInky because he was clearly throwing harder punches into Winky's boring defensive shell. Mayweather wouldn't take a single straight right off Taylor all night and would slip and potshot his way to an easy victory.

I don't rate Taylor at all. Winky should have won against Taylor and didn't because he took every other round off.

I think he will get bashed for wanting to fight a smaller guy.

How times have changed, Marvin Hagler a middleweight who was calling out Sugar Ray Leonard a welterweight for years and not one person talked **** about Hagler.

Completely different. Mayweather, like Leonard, was brought up from a young age boxing, ie. staying at the lightest weight possible to gain an advantage. Leonard and Hagler were roughly the same natural size.

Whereas Taylor is a huge middleweight, and a natural super-middle or light heavy. Mayweather is a natural junior middle. Mayweather won't fight below welter again. Taylor will fight once more at middle and move to super middle and above.

Just totally difference scenarios. No comparison.
