How will people feel if Jermain Taylor called out Floyd Mayweather Jr.??

How times have changed, Marvin Hagler a middleweight who was calling out Sugar Ray Leonard a welterweight for years and not one person talked **** about Hagler.

Times haven't changed as much as you'd think. What weight class did Oscar start at? How about Mosley? Smaller men that move up in weight but bring their power with them are considered larger when compared to smaller men who move up and have no power. Leonard's power came with him as he moved up in weight. The main reason people knock Floyd is because he has no power at higher weights and therefore fights accordingly. If Floyd could knock out guys at 154 with regularity I'm sure no one would knock Jermain calling him out- as is, though, it'd be a chump move for Taylor.

Times have changed because of the internet, people never picked on Hagler for fighting Duran who is considered the best lightweight of all time, the same man who started his career at 118.

People use to say Leonard is ducking Hagler, that's the difference between people today and the past.
