My point was that these greats you speak of, despite where they started, had more power at higher weights. Therefore they had the illusion of being "larger men" despite any size differences. Floyd, though, does not have power at these weights so people would pick on Taylor for fighting someone who has no chance in hell at hurting him.

Power does not make you great, Leonard did have much power at 160.

We don't know who would've kicked she **** out of who because it's a fantasy fight and we can't never prove it.

Oh Married With Children was a great show, especially the first 5 years.

Power makes people perceive you as more of a threat as you move up in weight- despite where you started. Leonard could knock people out at welterweight- it's where he belonged. Floyd started 17 pounds south of even that- and he can't hurt anyone at Welter...so a 147 pound fighter with power can eek out public approval to fight at 160. Floyd, a natural lightweight, can not.

Yea we all knew that Leonard with his weak punch at 160 would've knocked the iron chin Hagler out at 160.

Power does not make fights, power does not make you great!

Listen : Power makes people, those who buy tickets to fights and give the sport money, think you can be a illegitimate threat at higher weights than where you started. **** the term greatness- we are speaking about how people would perceive Jermain fighting Floyd versus say, Hagler taking on Leonard. Leonard could hit at 147 - so people said, alright, in addition to his skill he has some pop...this could be a good fight. Floyd, on the other hand, is so much smaller that he has no power whatsoever at middleweight. None. People won't respect a larger man to fight someone so much smaller if, in addition to everything else, he does not have the power to garner enough respect to even be allowed to box effectively.

Not one person on earth thought Leonard would've hurt Hagler or he would've stopped Hagler, most writers thought Leonard retired because he was ducking Hagler.

you have to be clear about it, wanker.

you agreed that I dismantled every argument you made.

now you have to tell me when I owned myself. I am curious.

cant you ****ing see that Hagler never fought anyone the same size as Mayweather? and that Taylor is bigger than Hagler?

Beyond the FACTS that I pointed out, cant you see it with your eyes?
