Who is to Blame for Mayweather-Hatton Not Happening?

Many people wanted this fight to happen when Mayweather was at 140, but it never did. Some people feel Hatton ducked Mayweather. Others feel Mayweather ducked Hatton by moving up too quickly to 147. Who deserves the blame for this fight not happening?

It does'nt matter.....Mayweather would slaughter Hatton after seeing Floyd beat DLH at 154 I have little doubt he would stop Hatton.

Anybody who would say Mayweather is to blame is clearly delusional. Fight fans have to want to see a fight happen. And Hatton hasn't shown anything exciting since his win over Tsyzu. He's boring and quite possibly, past his prime. It's up to Hatton to make people want this fight and in order for people to want it, he needs to showcase himself in the way he did against Tsyzu.

            Hatton vs. Mayweather

I think Hatton should petition for a fight with Mayweather after Castillo. He should try to get the fight at 140 but if not fight him anyway at 147. If Mayweather turns it down, than we will all be clear about who's avoiding who.

If Hatton beat PBF, would the Hatton haters begin to respect him? Or would they make some excuses? (i.e., say Floyd was sick or past his prime)

both. hatton demanded like 10 million for the fight, but the fight could have generated enough for that, so idk why the fight never happened. both guys at fault

Hatton may hav turned down PBF in the past but that doesnt mean he is stoping the fight from ever happening. Its clear Hatton isnt around much longer as well. Castillo and then PBF. If hatton chooses to box on after PBF i dont know. You are a long time retired and i dont want to discuss this fight in the fantasy forum in 20 years time.
I blame PBF at the moment and i will do until i hear PBF mention Hatons name a bit more.
