but we are talking about a guy that can take a punch. baldomir took straight shots from Judah, a verified hard hitter. but he stood tall and kept fighting. Baldomir is tough enough to take Cotto's punches and deliver his own. Would Cotto stand up?

taking punches to the body from a hitter like Cotto is entirely different story. And Cotto is a much more agressive fighter than Judah. Better fighter than Judah. Judah is a 3 to 1 underdog against Cotto.

And stop matching floyd against these technical boxer guys. The one to beat him will be an agressive guy like Cotto who contrary to popular belief actually does have boxing skills.

Cotto is a nice fighter, but way too slow to take down Floyd. I am not even a Floyd fan. But Cotto is not technically sound and Floyd would jab him early and KO him once he is worn down.

Cotto would aruably be the best opponent he's ever fought, and the only undefeated fighter he's faced since Diego Corrales in 01. I wish Floyd would adhere to the philosophy of talking with your fists rather than your mouth.

He has a better track record with this mouth though.

true but most undefeated fighters nowadays are undefeated because they haven't fought boxings elite ie cotto. personally i think pbf would dominate the fight w PRs screaming at the top of their lungs every time cotto throws.

Haha I agree with that. It's crazy how biased, ecstatic, impressionable, and ignorant the general population here is when it comes to boxing. They always scream at the top of their lungs whenever the PR fighter moves his hands even in the slightest way. This was especially true with Tito. It got so bad that I had to quit watching fights in public places cuz I got pissed. In the Hopkins and Winky fights, I swear they still screamed like crazy when Tito moved his hands in the 12th round. Amazing ****. In the BHop fight they said **** like "HE'S RUNNING!!! HE'S SCARED!!!" in like the 10th round.
