Well i wouldnt think there are that many people on PBFs cv that are better than Cotto. THe quality of pbfs resume, although good is often questioned if you are aware of that? PBFs opponents were given a lot of credit because they were unbeaten when they faced PBF. Well Cotto is also an unbeaten guy causing TIDAL waves in the sport of boxing forum discussion.
PBFs unbeaten opponents were probably not causing tidal waves but little Brighton seaside waves if yoiu understand that metaphor.

Yes please check the malignaggi fight, Broken eye socket, his face was so puffed up that he could berly talk (something wrong with his jaw?), knocked down during the corse of the fight, taking classes from Hatton on the hugging department to stay alive, please watch the fight. Oh and by the way this is Cotto having injuries during the fight.
I will say that Malignaggi had determination, heart and it got him through the end of the fight and gets mad props and admiration at least by me, I would watch him fight again. But when you put a beat down like the on he gave to malignaggi you can not say he has problems with slick boxers. Landing 15% of your shots, and those not beingn effective (half blocked, glancing)classifies you and having problems with good boxers, not the case here.

None of this will matter once Judah beats Cotto.

So by your logic Malignaggi is now on the same level as Floyd Mayweather Jr.? I don't know whether to laugh or just look at you in amazment for such a rediculous comparison. Can Cotto fight slick boxers? Sure he can, on the level of a Malignaggi. Can Cotto deal with PBF right now in his career? NO way, not a snowball's chance in hell.

Cotto could not have beaten DLH on May 5th, no way no how. DLH fought an amazing fight, with speed and defense I haven't seen from him in a very long time. Even at age 34, DLH would still beat 90% of the fighters in his weight class right now.

As far as Tito vs Mayweather, is this a joke? If a faster, better boxer in DLH couldn't find Mayweather, you think Tito would? The things that are said in this forum sometimes amaze me. I don't know if you guys really believe this or you just let your heart blind you, I hope it's the latter. At least I can understand a fan's love for his favorite fighter and convincing himself it "could" happen.

Why fight your old uncles when you got young hungry bucks waiting for you to just say their name longer than 20 seconds. Legacy=***** with fast hands and great marathon lungs.
a delahoya vs mayweather 2 would be another huge gross and build for the state of boxing ..
