Is Jose Luis Castillo Past his Prime?

theres no way hes in his physical prime at this point...not after all the tough fights hes been through in his career, especially against Corrales.
we'll see how good he is on the night of the fight though, thats what matters. Either fighter becomes a Hall of Fame fighter in my book if they win, as long as its impressively.

Funny ****.
Because only the Hatton nuthuggers will vote "No He's in the peak of his prime" that way if Hatton does somehow (I have no idea how) beat him......they can just big up his career more than they already do.

What! hahahah
If a fighter loses a lot of fights, that could mean hes past his prime, but it doesnt automatically mean that a fighter who is still winning some fights is in his prime man!

Basically, the same thing they did when he faced 35-year-old Tsyzu...Comment

-He beat Corrales when he cheated and outweighed him by 5 pounds at the weigh-in and 10 pounds on fight night. When he didn't cheat in the first fight, he got knocked out.
-Who is Rolando Reyes? The last minute sub that filled in when Corrales had a rib injury.
-Ngoudjo was a prospect. How many top fighters face prospects? How many top fighters struggle with prospects?
JLC is clearly past his prime...Comment

I think its clear hes not at his best but hes by no means a shot fighter but then Hatton also appears to be in decline. for me its a case of both fighters not at their peaks and on the decline. But still should make for a cracking fightComment
