Maybe when Eric Crumble dies you can start a petition for his admission to the IBHOF too......


The IBHOF has its rules for a reason. Lennox Lewis is still waiting around for his admission, and he was the best heavyweight of his era and in more of a position to get offended by the long process of recognition than Corrales is.

I think the purpose of the petition is NOT to elect Chico because of his death, but to WAIVE the normal wait period for his induction. I think this is where some of the confusion lies. I dont think we should all start bickering and cursing each other out over this matter (God know we have plenty of other topics to do that in!), but to all who share the same opinion (of waiving the waiting period for induction, as most of us feel he's a worthy candidate for the hall anyway) and sign the petition if we believe so.
