        RIP Diego.

it was this day, 2 years ago, since his first fight with castillo (may 7, 2005)

this is just like robinson and louis. they both died on the same day and month but different years.

Motorcycle awareness taught through constant reinforcement in any situation where someone has prospect ideas of riding a motorcycle is what is needed now. Because if it takes Chico dying to open up people's eyes in the boxing world to the dangers of riding a motorcycle.........as sad and disturbing as it is it's a starting point for that type of agenda.

Much like Chico himself was a proponent of Cancer research, I'm sure his spirit would appreciate people educating others about those dangerous vehicles.

The thread was accidently deleted after a person close to the Corrales family (who was unaware of the death), contacted the site and said they had spoken with Corrales earlier and upon reading the forum here, the person
spoke with two family members of Corrales (also unaware of the death). They asked for several slanders that were posted in that thread to be deleted, and the thread was lost, something we didnt want to happen.

It's unfortunate that several members of his family, and those close to him, found out about his accident, and death, from browsing the internet.
