I thought it was a decent fight. But all due to Oscar trying to KO Floyd with his big flurries.

Anyone who thought Floyd would really throw caution to the wind and 'fight' with Oscar is niave. Floyd talks **** all the ****in time, never listen to wat he says. Its all about selling the fight and filling his pockets.

Good fight, but Floyd is too good for it to of been really exciting.
Floyds style is like a surgeon performing an operation.
Ward is like a maniac with a axe.
Jones Jnr is like Zoro with his sword.

none of them seem appealing to me anymore. this fight was that disappointing
How HOPKINS-WRIGHT ever appealed to you amazes me. lol

But after a dissapointing fight, you always feel that way. But Luckily, the next few weeks of boxing are so great, that your interest should peak again after 2 or 3 rounds of MIRANDA-PAVLIK.

Oh, but i enjoyed Mayweather-DLH, and i think you'll like it more once you watch it again.

                  This statement is totally untrue.

I picked Mayweather within the last 2 months of the promotion.

I said it right here in NSB.

Mayweather indicated many, many times he would run to victory if nescessary.

Does anyone remember him taunting DLH for losing to Trinidad..

He was stating that at least he (Floyd) knew how to "run" to victory - as opposed to Oscar who failed in doing so with Tito..

As soon as I heard that - I knew who to pick.

But yes... Earlier on in the promotion Floyd was implying he would stand.

Listen, if you're a "hard-core" Boxing fan I wonder how you could miss that..

I also wonder how you could be letdown by a fine performance from both fighters.. It certainly wasn't as horrible as some have made it seem.

I AM a hard core Boxing fan..

It's all good to me baby.

                  I don't need cartoonish KD's and KO's to appreciate a fight.

Anybody who needs that to say a fight is quality; is a not a serious Boxing head.

For real, I thought the fight was pretty good. Both guys had their moments, there were a fair amount of punches thrown, alot of them being power punches, and both guys were highly skilled. Was it Corrales/Castillo? Gatti/Ward? Ali/Fraizer? No. No. No. But who thought it was going to be. The fight exceeded my expectations.

Did people really think it was going to be a slugfest or war?

The styles of these two fighters will probably never make for that kind of fight. Everyone should of known that going into this fight unless you are just one of the people who only watch the sport when there is tremendous hype surrounding it like this one.

                      I enjoyed it.
