Oscar blew this fight

The fight was lost for Oscar from rounds 8 thru 11 which was the difference in the fight,because he stopped pumping that jab. The jab opened up everything for him. He was snapping Floyd's head back,and following up with beautiful combinations. Why did he stop doing what was working? Like Manny said Oscar lost focused.

Had he kept pumping that jab,i think he closes Floyd's eye,and wins the fight easily 116-112.

If Floyd Sr was in his corner he would have been right in Oscar's face telling him to use his ****ing jab.

Once he stopped using his jab...he lost.

Agreed. Oscar could have won this fight similair to Douglas over Tyson. Pumpin that jab and closing Floyd's eye just like Tyson. That would have left Floyd vulnerable to Oscar's big shots later in the fight. Even if he does not get the KO ,he wins a easy decision.

He had the skills to pull off the victory,but i agree Floyd sr would have made the difference in the corner.

I agree, Oscar could have won and was winning but he let it slip away and rounds 8-11 are where he lost it.

i completly agree....

he ran out of gas, and the jabs just stop coming out, and that lead that the pressure on mayweather stopped to. he should have overcome this situation imo, and thats why im sad with the result, because dlh could have won the fight but lost because of himself.
