BOTTOM LINE: FLYOD announces retirement just as he has tough competition in his weight class and Flyod has such a big ego if he does fight again it will be similar to how Trinidad fights now, once every two--three years and picks someone he knows he will dominate. Best Pound For Pound at ducking and dodging if you ask me!!!! Says he has nothing more to prove in boxing what has he proved???? Even the names on his resume might look good but look when he fought them either weren't that good yet or were too old!!!!

If your the best and want to prove it why not fight all these guys in your weight class and get it over with, instead of RETIRING????

He believes he has nothing else to prove. 5 titles in 5 different weightclasses. Undefeated. Castillo when he was still good, Corrales who was undefeated at the time, Ndou who was a good contender, Genaro Hernandez who was a champion and undefeated at the weight they fought. De La Hoya who even though old still one of the best in the game and most complete at 154. Zab Judah still a good contender at welterweight. Cotto's current status came after Floyd wished to retire. Mosley rejected a fight in Nov. Sorry.

Go back to the mental institution. It doesn't have to do with simply who would win trading punches. Accomplishments, and skills. Go back to watching UFC. You know **** about boxing. And quit hating.
