All Diaz has to do is take down another big name fighter and he is virtually destined to get the match against Pacquiao. Could be a big draw insofar as the fans like action and that is what both Pacquiao and Diaz give them.

He seemed pretty adamant about unifying the LW titles. I think he will try and do that then go after Pacman.

Pac will avoid diaz ....he knows he cannot beat him...so don't expect the match ever..diaz is too strong and fast for pac...he would use pac's face as a mop and leave the ring shining .....pac is way overrated.....

He should try to unify. He should fight the winner of Diaz-Morales.Especially if Morales wins because he's a faded legend and would mean a good payday for Diaz. The other options are to fight Casamayor or Julio Diaz.I think he should fight Julio Diaz.I think he can beat Diaz fairly easily.I've always felt that Juan could beat Julio ever since Julio started calling him out.It would be a good idea for Diaz to fight Casamayor because Casa is the recognized lightweight champion of the world. He has many options in the division and could also move up to 140 but I wouldn't recommend that.

Diaz and Pac would be a good fight. I think that Diaz's constant in your face pressure could be affective against Pac by not giving him room to punch by crowding him. I think Diaz would definately have a size advantage, and it seems that he has a good chin. It would be interesting to see if Diazs body punching would slow Pac down, not to mention Diaz is a big lightweight. Pac would have the advantage in speed. This would be a good fight and I would love to see it happen, although I think Diaz would have an easier time with Cassamayor.
