I knew this would happen. He looked like he was just in the way of things but then I started to think that maybe he would be in his sons corner. Oh well.

Nope, hes going to come back to Oscar. And wish Oscar luck, and tell Oscar all his sons weaknesses for free.

His biggest weakness is his chin I bet, it's just that not many people have been able to land flush on the chin. Castillo was knocking him around mostly with body punches.

Are you telling me Guzman and Dawson generate De La Hoya money?
if sr somehow would have convinced dlh to use him for this fight there would probably been an even bigger rift between father and son especially if it turned into a war or mayweather lost. At least this way at some point in time he will have a chance to reconcile things with jr. Dont you get the feeling that Roger is makin most of the trouble here? He seems to be a very angry guy.

Floyd Snr was always gonna be a third wheel in this gig

Floyd Jnr seemed to quite clearly tell Floyd Snr that Roger was his trainer so i don't see why Floyd Snr's nose is so outta joint.

This is exactly why Oscar didn't want to have anything to do with Floyd Sr. He knew that dealing with him and his disfunctional ass family it would be more of a distraction. He was smart to go with Roach. Roach is a better trainer anyway. Roger is an idiot though, especially watching 24/7 he makes himself look ******er and ******er every week. You had to know this was gonna happen, there is no way all of those egos can co-exist.

Does anyone get the feeling that Roger is intentionally trying to sabotage a Jr and Sr reconcile. It sure seems that way to me, that he really doesn't want them to really be in good terms and i bet he's brainwashing Floyd against his father .
