it all comes down to $$$$ and egos. If they were all broke, they would be sticking together, teaching each other. until the money dries up,they will never work it out. That will force you to be humble just ask Tyson.

Sr is a joke, plain and simple, he thinks he's the best trainer ever and he couldn't be further from the truth.

he grabs fighters that are talented and takes credit for their talents, which already existed before he got there.

when he picked up DLH saying that he was the best trainer, we saw DLH get hit the most he's ever been hit inside the ring.

he trained Bojado, what happend there, he ran him into the ground, Sr. was probably thinking that bojado's talent was enough to make him champ and when Sr found out that he needed a lot of work, he got away from him.

now he's training dawson who i think doesn't need Sr. in his corner, he ought to find a real trainer who is looking to train a fighter instead of looking for press, and can actually teach him something. Sr. is a one trick pony trying to teach everyone the shoulder roll. dawson is and was talented before Sr. came into the picture.

same with Guzman......................Sr. going after talent and claiming that he made his fighters from scratch............................bullmess.....

i think that Sr. is a vulture looking for someone who is doubting themselves and he slips in on some con job.............self proclaimed best trainer, what a joke...........

What it has looked like to me this whole time is that Floyd Sr. lost his chance to be part of this historical fight when he priced himself out with DLH so he's been trying to get in his son's corner, & I honestly don't see why Floyd saying Roger is his trainer & that how it's going to be is offensive, it's the truth. Floyd Sr is just trying to be a part of this fight & i don't see that happening, aside from giving Jr. some advice, he's just going to have to enjoy the fight from ringside.

Floyd Sr. got screwed out of ALOT of money, a fighter he trained for years is fighting his son in the biggest money fight out there and he isnt involved in it at all.

I don't understand why he would leave the corner or anything. I would put my brother's feelings to the side and help my own son out.
