Armenians have made Glendale, CA into one of the most beautiful cities in Southern Cali.

Glendale is one of THE TOP 10 safest cities in AMERICA you idiot.

maybe you are a chump and cant hold your own when you step into glendale and get intimidated by all the young successful Armenians with their nice houses, businesses, and cars.

its usually chumps like you that hate on us.

Your statement was one of the dumbest things anyone could have ever made about Armenians or Glendale. Next time you say somethin like that, add a little more to it so you dont sound like a HATER little boy.

Just cuz u see a few messed up cholo lookin armenians here and there doesnt mean our people hate mexicans or blacks you fool.

You wanna talk about races and wars, focus on the one goin on between the mexicans and blacks first, dont get Armenians involved.

            Armenian Life

            Armenian Gangs

The lifestyle is great, In LA we are known as the dark, cool people, who are often rich and all drive BMW's.People might not like us because we are really violent people, its in our blood due to the thousands of years of betrayal and suffering.Armenian Gangs are bad in LA. Hispanic and Black street gang members account for most violent gang crimes; however, Asian, Pacific Island, and Armenian gangs are becoming more active and menacing. Armenian gangs control all the territory in Glendale, hurting the honest Armenian citizens.Armenian organized crime is involed also in extortion, auto theft, loan sharking, as well as insurance, fuel, telecommunication, and credit card frauds. Extortion- Five members of an Armenian organized group in Los Angeles were convicted in 1994 for extortion, kidnaping, and attempted murder, They forcibly detained and threatened victims and their families with great harm unless they paid the suspects with money. This group is believed to have extorted from the Armenian community of Los Angeles for the last 13 years.Fuel frauds, mostly in Los Angeles and New York, cost both federal and state governments approximately $2 billion annually in tax revenue. The majority of the fuel frauds are commited by Armenian organized crime groups operating in Southern California. On September 13, 1995, 13 Armenian subjects were arrested and charged with racketeering, including multiple acts of mail and wire fraud, money laundering, extortion, and distribution of heroin and other narcotic controlled substances. The Russian Armenian group, called the Mikaelian Organization, after the group's leader and self professed "godfather" of the Russian(Armenian) Mafia, Hovsep Mikaelian, ran a black market diesel fuel network that supplied gas stations and truck stops throughout Southern California.According to the U.S. Aftorney in Los Angeles, this group managed to avoid paying $3.6 million in taxes in just one year.On May 4, 1995, seven kilos of heroin was seized from a member of an Armenian organized crime group based in the Glendale area. The heroin came from the Middle East and was intended for distribution in the United States. These organizations are plaging our communities and giving Armenians a bad reputations.

            • Vanes made this thread in a good intention. But now it turn into a race/ethnicity war.

I went to a high school that has mix of ethnicities/nationalities. I did not interact that much with Armenians except for a classmate. His okay. 7 years later, i attended Glendale City College. I went to the office(where u get fee waiver, forgot what its called). Me and my classmate(Latino) were both military veterans. We were trying to get some fees waive off. The office worker was Armenian. Not even 5 seconds, she said i wasn't qualified. Then my Latino classmate went up to her, same thing. Next in line was an Armenian student, not even 2 seconds, she was qualified and they were both chatting like best friends.

In computer class, i sat next to 2 Armenians, they look at me like i don' tdeserve to seat next to them. They moved.

In an Armenian store, i was looking around for bread. The Armenian worker was looking at me all the time like how a Korean liquor owner is following a Black customer.

I went to a kickboxing club in Glendale blvd. I believed this is the Glendale Fight Club that moved to Brand, located near an auto dealership. I told them i am interested in learning and joining their club. There were 2 Armenians instructors and they just look at me the walk away.

I had a few more bad experience with Armenians.

But i had good experience with Armenians also. The last 2 companies i work for before i work for my current job(US Postal Service), my Armenians co workers were really cool. I have been to Armenian bakery store and treated nicely. My friend(Latino) during his birthday, invited his former Armenian co worker. We all got a long fine. Asians, Romanians, Latinos, White, and Blacks.

When i was working in Children Hospital of Los Angeles, i told my Armenian co worker some of the bad experience i had with Armenians. When i told him this all occured in Glendale, he told me because they are Armenians from Iran. He told me that he even had bad experience with fellow Armenians in Glendale. My Armenian coworker lives in Hollywood.

To Vanes, don't be offended by my post. This is just my experiences.

You said there are succesful Armenians in Glendale, but how come not in Hollywood? I am not saying there's none, but Armenians in Glendale seems to have more money.

What are the diffirences between Armenians from Armenia itself and for Armenians from Iran? Attitude wise, cultural, etc...

Just curious bro, not here hating on Armenians.

Even i had a bad experience with a fellow Asian because i have friends who are native americna, latinos, whites, and blacks(this was in the military)./

                  thats ****in bigotry.
Of course not all Armenians would do that, depends on how one person relates to everybody around him, I believe Vanes had his best to everybody.

its Just the same, there are moslems who dislike christians so much, and there are christians who dislikes moslems. though reactions are different.
When Allah or Muhammad is being joked they turn very nasty.
Well Christians live normally even if Jesus Christ is being joked at, I guess because Christians had greater sense of humor.
                  only my opinion.

                      I am Filipino.

Yes, i am pretty sure their Armenians because i ask them or ask about them. About those Armenians in Iran, like i said that my Armenican coworker in Children Hospital in Hollywood told me their Armenians from Iran. When i visited my friend in my old job, i ask one of the supervisors who is Armenian, if there are Armenians in Iran. He told me yes.

I am not juddging the whole Armenians as a bunch of racists or ****y. I have met friendly Armenians. I got robbed by a Latino with a gun but i did not start to hates Latinos.

When i was still in the military, this Filipino seargent hates me becasue i hang out with Latinos, Native American, Whites, Blacks, and a Thai.

Growing up, i have learn to judge a person by his attitude, not by his nationality, race, ethinicty, or religion.
