Saying that grappling is '2 animals rolling around' is about as intelligent as those who say boxing is not The Sweet Science, it's just 2 guys punching each other in the face.

The ignorance on this thread in mindboggling.
      'Different Kind of Stamina LMAO!

Sorry before we go any further, please explain to me the different kinds of stamina.

      lol

And by the way, UFC tried to emulate boxing in every single way,

the way they do their PPV's is copying boxing

The ****** octagonal ring, is a rip off of boxing

The way they try and promote their fights, a rip off of boxing.

Mate let me tell you something, UFC is skilled to a degree, but look at the way these guy strike, and move

      Zero timing

      Zero Footwork

      lol.

Bob sapp was able to win ebcause ufc is just organized streetfighting.

You must GRAB a boxer to have a chance of defeating him if your in UFC.
I trust most of you agree with this UFC and Boxing alike.
You must make it inside to grab the boxer.
        Thats a obvious FACT.
You will get hit a few times or more trying to work your way in with a boxer.
        This is a FACT
The boxers hands will be faster than Normal.
This is a FACT. those little gloves provide not nearly as much protection as a ringside glove with pads.
The small gloves will increase the damage of a boxers punches.
        Obviously this is a FACT.

        Chances to win?
        UFC in boxing... UFC loses.
Boxer in UFC..... Boxer has a punchers chance. and he specializes in punching. punching speed and power increased. can throw legal elbows in punch formations.

.....and what really makes me laugh is how they think an MMA fighter would even be able to get in on the inside of an elite boxer. Rednecks even say MMA fighters would end a boxer in a clinch, yet clinching is part of boxing and a boxer wouldn't be ****** enough to let that happen in a fight with MMA rules.

UFC More skill? : Lets see, martial artists have alot of skill, except alot these guys aren't proper Martial artists, they are sportsmen trained in ASPECTS of martial arts.
Man, you got me typing again,.... what a *****.

Anyway, Learn what ground game is, come back, and we'll talk. Till then, you know nothing about stamina on the ground (resisting/countering/maneuvering) So there is no point to reasoning with an empty can.

Now about "Proper Martial Artists", get more specific about that word "proper". What defines "proper"?

Have you seen the way these guys stirke? its embarrasing, takes them like 20clean shots to KO and guy with limited protection over their hands, a world class boxer would knock these guys out a few shots maximum.

Skill for skill boxing is supieror, it takes much more skill because boxing isnt 2 animals rolling around in an octagon, want proof?
Hell why stop at taking away the kick, why not take away the clench, knees, elbows, takedowns, and the subs? MMAers train to have more tools at their disposal, if you start taking away main tools, then obviously it will be one-sided. Besides if Boxing is superior then MMA, why worry about taking anything away?

And about the whole "2 animals rolling" comment, go suck off a horses penis to dumbass. Like I said before to hella people, learn what the hell ground game is, then start talking about. Cause right now, you are show how little you know about the subject. And right now, it's not a progressive conversation when the person you're talking to knows nothing about what you're talking about.

LOOK AT MOST OF HIS ****IN OPPONENTS! He usually has at least 50+ pounds on them. And the bastard goes into a roid rage against little asian guys. One of Sapp's fist weigh more then most of his opponent's body. It's obvious that HUGE GUY has major advantage against smaller guy.

Gunstar, you remind me of that old saying, "never argue with a fool, he will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience."

But I'm stubborn. Look, if it's fake, you either drop a challenge under their 'fake' rules or you are a chicken ****. Period.

Keep in mind MMA is overseen by individual states Boxing/Combative Sports Commisions. If the fights were 'fake' this would be a crime that the promoters, managers, etc could actually go to prison for. I also guess the sportsbooks at the casinos are fooled too, as they accept wagers on MMA fights.

I may be quite a **** about this, but I train with pro MMA guys. I've seen them go to the hospital after these fights with real injuries, and you have the nerve to say its fake. I actually corner for most of our gyms fighters. I am backstage for these events, there is NOTHING fake about it. Man up or shut the hell up with your bull****.

I'm sure its not fake.. it just doesn't compare in skill to boxing.

I mean its so obvious how much more skill boxing takes. You must be a smarter fighter to Box and succeed in the sport.

MMA just needs you to be a lil tough and know how to Bar fight... Hmm Wasn't that Tank dude one of your top fighters for a while.. so yea.

Oh, I saw it. Footwork, and actually using your leg to strike with enough force to break another person's leg are TWO entirely different categories of leg strength. ****in learn something once in your life. And learn to not try to be arrogant when you don't know what the **** you're talking about.
