Bernard Hopkins?? He was #8 in The Ring magazine middleweight rankings, and wasn't expected to trouble Jones as much as he did.

Hopkins was a nobody until the Trinidad fight.

Jones's best opponents were Malinga, Toney, Thornton, Griffin, Hill and Harding. Not until Hopkins beat Trinidad was he suddenly considered one as well.

The fact is, Jones wouldn't fight Michael Nunn because he knew he probably couldn't beat him, and wouldn't travel to Germany for Rocchigiani or Michalczewski.

Calzaghe was always willing to fight anybody, anywhere.

That's the difference. Calzaghe is a true warrior, a natural fighter, a real Rocky Balboa-Arturo Gatti type fighter while Jones wouldn't even mention Michael Nunn let alone fight him.

Eubank avoided Jones like the plague.

160 is his weight class. But at 168 roy is a ***** and he knows it. Stay at 160, you know roy's place in history is fighting fireman, cops, teachers and construction workers

I'm going to give you a high rating on this reply. Smartest thing you said all night long. It's the truth, but I think it's ****** for either of us to say who would have won in a fight. Because the fights never happened, so are predictions are bogus in the end

I do think Benn at his best takes Jones out.

Six rounds with Benn is too many rounds for Jones to escape..

No one seemed scared of toney in that video, if thats the video you guys were talking about. They more or less seemed annoyed at how childish Toney acted.
