I agree with it being disrespectful and deceiving. I think if MMA fighters are going to call a boxer out they should at least come in the boxing ring under boxing rules and regulations, and i would expect a boxer that calls a MMA fighter out to also fight under the MMA rules and regulations.

MMA fighters calling out boxer is a good thumb of rule that boxing is doing better than MMA.

because boxing doesnt not need the hype but MMA needs boxers to hype themself up.

another thing a boxers weakness is a low kick to the legs or knee because he does not have the advantge of protecting his legs but only uses if for mobility

You can just say "Oh I hate MMA" but don't discredit it by typing the most ridiculous bull**** of all time. What makes you think all of the ex boxers who converted to MMA wouldn't like a shot at Chuck? they don't because they know they're a shark out of water in a street fight.

Boxers are limited to standing up and fighting with heavy padded gloves. They aren't accustomed to being kicked on the ground, kicked in the legs, kneed to the face and having their limbs shredded and torn.

Good Post!!!!! Its two difeerent sports and neither one should discredit each other. I love boxing an never use to want anything to do with MMA until I started watching it. MMA is very credible and they are trenmendous athletes. Like I said I have loved boxing for longer than I can remember but I do have to say this about MMA they have done a better job of marketing their sport because in all honesty the casual fan doesn't know much about boxing and that is where MMA has done a good job. Floyd was the clown that started all this **** running his mouth. GOOD POST!!!!!!!

its bull ****,and disrespectfull,is mma fans think it will get anywhere as popular as boxing they are wrong,mma is glorified street fighting,give me a pair of driving gloves and a lesson from stone cold steve austin and ill fight the iceman,i dont dispute mma fighters training,they train hard,but they train hard to be streetfighters,boxing is a sport,mma is a joke and poor excuse to see a fight,i watch it sometimes yeh,but mma fighters saying boxing is poor and we could beat boxers is a joke,boxing is number 1 combat sport daddy dont forget it

I think MMA is fake just like the WWF is, people forget 20 years ago people thought that WWF was real, I remember all kids in school use to debate about Tyson and Hulk Hogan, we all know now Tyson will KO Hogan's ass out in real fight!

I think MMA does a little better job then the old WWF, they make it look a little more real, after seeing many video's from MMA fights, I think the whole sport is fake just like WWF.

I saw the Ray Mercer fight against that Japanese guy, Mercer was def paid some money for that fight just to make MMA look good, it's easy to get some old broke ass boxers to make your sport look good and real.
