This fight is nothing but a product of HBO's hype. Delahoya is no longer on top and it's his name more than anything else that sells his fights now.

i completely disagree with that.

Everyone in the boxing world was foaming at the mouth at this possible matchup, just hoping it would be made.

When it was made, HBO was excited as well because its a money maker.

Not overhyped at all. This is a legitimate superfight. A dream fight that tons of guys never thought would have happened

what i mean is that he isnt a KO puncher. And he hurts his hands so he never really pushes for those KOs.

Sure he gets KOs but they arent brutal and if someone is gonna pay to see a KO, they want it to be brutal.

Oh, and even though Baldomir has that Brick chin, Mayweather could have stopped him but he ran cause he hurt his hand. People dont want to see people run, hurt or not.

And Mayweather may win by that much, but everyone thinks DLH has a chance. RING MAGAZINE interviewed 20 experts, 8 had DLH winning and 12 had Mayweather winning.

Yeah and Bert Sugar thought Baldomir had a chance.

If I remember correctly everyone was looking forward to Mayweather fighting Margarito, Cotto or Hatton more than Delahoya. Alot of people were even saying that Mayweather was fighting another "old" fighter when he first signed to fight Delahoya.

People wanted a Mayweather-Margarito fight, but there was NOBODY that wanted that fight more then DLH-Mayweather... other then margarito fans.

And im a hatton AND a Cotto fan, but i would MUCH rather see DLH-Mayweather then those two figts.

This fight is going to be ****. Mayweather is going to be tear DLH apart. DLH was never on top before this fight and everyone knows that. Should've gone against Hatton Cotto or Maragarito.
