What boxer currently sells the most seats at their event?

Would it be calzaghe or someone else?

I found this on another website. Calzaghe-Mandredo (plus a 15 bout or so undercard) drew 35,000, Kessler-Andrade drew something around 18,000, Klitschko-Austin drew about 16,000, Maske-Hill II was sold out (somewhere around 13,000 I think).

calzaghe has fought alot.. so i doubt it was just him that made sudden record ticket sales.. sad they never got to watch a fight tho.. terry oconner should hide for a while.

out of the current p4p list i would say calzaghe has fought in front of the bigger crowd. its ok saying they was a big undercard but the 2 draws on the card was khan and calzaghe so thats who every1 came to see

its always going to be hometown boys who are in a country/area with not many champs.....

thats the main reason calzaghe and hatton pull big crowds...there are not that many british world champs at all....

over in the states, there are probably 100 world champs or so....

what i like is when an adopted fighter is well followed.........that really shows admiration of the fighter himself for his talents, not so much for his nationality/origin......

gatti in atlantic city does well

I want them to fight out of their backyard.

And don't give me that, oh the US champs don't fight out of theirs, well the US is where it's at. You gotta fight in the US.

Oscar is the biggest draw in the sport of boxing. Why do you think Floyd is getting his biggest payday of his career? Floyd has been great for a while now, but he needs Oscar to draw the huge crowds and make eight figures.

He pulled in eight figures against Baldomir.

The US is where its at.....

yaman you're a bit of a sage on this site, but that is a BS comment which ignores the rest of the world. Fighting in Vegas/MSG is no doubt an ambition of many but for a lot of fighters there is little need to fight in the US. There is money and enterprise elsewhere in the world you know? in 30 years the US won't even be the biggest economy in the world...
