Don't assume that I assumed that. I ASKED you if you had ever gone 12 rounds against a bulldozer that doesn't stop.

    1. IF you had, you'd know that your body needs time off to recover.

    2. You STILL haven't answered my question, and that is probably telling.

One thing a lot of Calzaghe nut huggers in here are forgetting: You've only heard what Warren has to say about this. Warren's a notorious LIAR, which you all know full well, so maybe you have a certain agenda, jumping all over one of his claims? Yup, that's nuthugging.

        Notorious liar?

Apart from making empty promises to some of his fighters, when has he ever been PROVEN a liar?

If Calzaghe is so confident of winning the fight, then they should fight whenever Kessler says he's ready. I know for a fact Joe won't fight Taylor, Hopkins, or Winky next. It's just not going to happen...

I don't like Frank Warren but Shanus is correct here. Warren is very careful to make sure that he isn't shown up as a downright liar. If you can give one example where he's been caught lying I'll happily concede the point.

He's 35, with at best 2 years left. Are you seriously saying he should wait as long as his #1 contender wishes before giving him a shot?

I'd rather he fought Taylor next anyway. Much better for his legacy.

He'd probably have to wait 2 months longer at most. You make it seem like Kessler needs years to prepare...

Calzaghe won't fight Taylor next. Taylor is going to fight the winner of Miranda-Pavlik after he fights Spinks. It's already set. Why do you think these 2 fights are happening on the same card?

He won't fight Hopkins next either unless he wants to take short money. Either way, it's no guarantee Hopkins will even beat Winky...

If it's any consolation, I hear Sergio Mora is available. That seems to be the kind of opponent that would interest Calzaghe...

Last month we were saying that Taylor vs Calzaghe was set because they were both fighting someone from the Contender.

Who knows how long Kessler would need. It seems they're also setting up unrealistic demands as well.
