No, vargas woulda still lost, everytime he put his hands on trinidad he hurt him, and anytime tito would put his hands on vagas hed hurt him. They both had it in their fists it was a fight of who was willing to get off first and tito just ended up willing to take the risk and unload on vargas before vargas did on him.

vargas had 3 very good rounds in that fight - you don't lose a fight off of low blows. 10 times out of 10, vargas would have lost that fight, you don't put a 23 year old champion being groomed for the big time in there w/ a killer like tito that early in your career.

it was an awful fight for vargas' corner to take.

Either way, that cheap, intentional low blow definitly changed the pace of the fight and gave tito time to recover.
That shot was one of the main reasons I stopped liking Tito.

BS!!!!! Vargas is and was GABRBAGE next to Tito...if they fought 10x Tito would have beat him 10x. Damn, Mexicans get over it...your man was a windex chinned wannabe vato.
