I answered 'yes' but let's not be fooled into thinking that Zab's getting paid to win this fight. He's there to get knocked out and help make Cotto a star.

sure he does. hes inconsistent as all ****, but you cant dispute the fact that hes one of the most talented welterweights in the division.

This is spot on.I think it makes for an interesting fight but it should be a non title fight, even if i am looking forward to it.

Probably not, but how many other guys who don't deserve a shot would get their own thread about it?

i agree the welterweight division has so many young prospects who are ready for title shot i think he should fight one of them instead. But boxing just works that way zab has a name so he gets what he wants.

Not to mention the fact that he has a name for a reason....

Zab will be the bigger draw, and the bigger test, for anybody trying to be somebody in the WW division.

judah cant win the big fight. he lost to tszyu, to an overrated spinks, to baldomir, and then to mayweather.

i dont see him as much of a threat to cotto.

I am not sure, but do you guys think its goodbye to Zab Judah if he loses either or these?

LOL... Manfredo and Mora come to mind. At least the latin fake pulled out of the fight.

PS. I don't mind seing them get their asses kicked though.

And what kind of penalty did Mayweather recieve for having his camp jump into the ring and start throwing punches? - NOTHING AT ALL - sure, that was fair huh?

As for him fighting what has been referred to as a nobody - there are two reasons for fighting him, first, he needs a tune up before getting in the ring with Cotto, and second, he is REQUIRED to have a WIN in his previous fight BEFORE he can challenge Cotto.

Let's be honest - would you rather see Cotto vs Mayweather which would be like watching Gatti vs Mayweather all over again and completely one sided - or Judah vs Mayweather II, which would be very compelling.

The vast majority want to see Judah vs Mayweather II if for no other reason than to see the bad blood between them erupt again...

I would rather see Cotto against Floyd...If he dominates Judah better than Floyd did, he could get a shot at Floyd.
