Briggs has natural talent, power (plenty of it), and great handspeed. His only problems are his conditioning, and mental fortitude. I wouldn't rank him too highly right now either, but he's got the potential for it, if he'd lose a some bulk and spend 6 months working on endurance training.

No, Peter couldn't beat Wlad. He tried that once, got outboxed the entire fight, and in spite of catching Wladimir with a few big shots and a having couple of 10-8 rounds, lost on the cards. And Wlad had him on ***** street in the last round. Like it or not, Klitchko is the best of what's out there right now.
