Bishop: Good post. I disagree because I think all those fighters are on the other side of their best already and it's hidden given the age of most of their opposition.

Riza: I think I make clear that kess' spot is based on an accumulation of wins.

      No suprises here.
      Cliff's list sucks.
      Kessler at 3.

You know Cliff, just becasue YOU dont like Floyd Mayweather, doesnt mean hes not number 1.
      Hes consensus P4P #1 for a reason.

On that note, Floyd (38-0) Hatton (42-0) and Joe C (42-0). Should be higher.

I like him fine and had him at #1 from 2001-03. I don't care what the concensus is. The 'consensus' is the same people who vote Ingo Johnasen into the HOF while Myung Wuh Yuh sits on the ballot for a decade.

Not accumulation as in 39 wins...LOL. I should have said quality wins. Hey, just my opinion and maybe I'm wrong. Time will tell.

Hahahaha remember having Lorenzo Parra at number 2 ahead of Floyd Mayweather on your last p4p list?
Do you feel ****** or what?

if you ment quality wins, then you probably should have said quality wins instead of accumulation of wins.
Kessler hasnt come close to facing the competition of the top guys.

Not at all. Parra blew out his knee and couldn't make weight anymore but still had to fight because he hadn't had a paystub in 15 months. Manny got blown in three on similar grounds to lose his 112 strap. It happens. Parra, from Morel to Asloum, was on a brilliant run and may have a great run left in him at 115 or 118. Floy'd ranking when I had Parra #2 was based on the abominable 03-05 run he had. When he stepped up last year, he moved back up in my mind. Talent needs testing.

Kessler has beaten some of the 'names' at 168. Mundine, Beyer, and so forth.

But Chad Dawson has faced and beat similar opposition lately...Harding, Adamek. To me, Dawson has to be mentioned along with Kessler if you go by competition.

Kessler is not top 10 p4p until he beats guys on a little higher level...guys like Calzaghe, Adamek, Dawson, Taylor, Wright, and so on.
