Both Lewis and Sanders were well past their prime when they fought. VK should have been able to sweep the ring with either of them, but alas, he just didn't have the stones or the skills to get the job done, too robotic, too predictable, little upper body movement, sloppy footwork, I am not impressed by either of the brothers K...

lewis and sanders were still big punchers and vk took their bets shots.... so the point is VK can take a punch....

You know what I just realized. Lennox Lewis announced his retirement in February 2004 and just two month's prior in December of 2003 Vitali destroyed Johnson who was supposed to be Lewis's opponent the night Vitali fought. Why do I get the feeling that if things were different the night Vitali fought Johnson and Vitali did not look good against Johnson but still pulled out a decision over Johnson, maybe just maybe Lewis might have considered giving Vitali his rematch rather than retiring two months after.

Vitali Klitcsko will lose in my opinion to Danny Williams, I think coming off the Tyson fight he wants to prove he is not a Buster Douglass. I think Danny will win by 10th roung KO.

Because that is probably right. On the day of the fight Lewis was at a good friends weddings and he called Steward to find out his take on the fight. Steward told Lewis that there was a 50-50 chance that Vitali would lose. Boy was he off. Talk about giving Lewis false hope.

Every great fighter gotta have his archenemy.
Too bad Lewis found one only after he was retired
