Guys, im not saying it didnt earn him some spots, but you have some all time greats and some legends in their prime in the top 5.

marquez just isnt there yet. As good a performance as it was, it wasnt like he destroyed vazquez, or took him out early.

You have Mayweather, arguably one of the all time greats.

you have pacman, one of the all time greats in the making.

You have Winky Wright, a hall of famer who has multiple wins over all time greats.

You have Barrera, who has two wins over Rocky Juarez, and a matchup w/ JMM soon. One of the great mexican fighters.

I mean, you could have him at #5 but that would be a real squeeze for ME at least

Nono...Marquez is a hall of famer himself. I don't mean to be rude by saying this, but I really just think you're out of your element here. Marquez has beaten now EVERYBODY in and around his weight class. One HOF caliber fighter, several very solid mandatories, and two VERY good fighters in Austin and most recently Vazquez. His body of work is on par with those guys you mentioned.

This is personal opinion, and what i saw in the ring was an AMAZING fighting and a GREAT performance, but for ME, it wasnt enough to get him top 5. id have him at 6. But 5 is a stretch for ME

I think that you can think thought it was not enough, only if you do not follow lower weight classes

Marquez just moved up from 118 lbs and beatdown the 122 lb Ring champ and made him quit and has beaten many other very good fighters at 118 how is that not enough to be at the top 5 p4p.

post fight, Vasquez said he wanted the fight stopped 2 rounds earlier,but his corner forced him to go on for 2 more rounds.
