I dont know, Clottey looked good against Margarito. IM thinkin this is a bad matchup style wise for Diego. Im pullin for Diego though and hope he koes him.

cant really tell that Chico going to KO.

basicly he stood a chance against Castillo toe-to-toe for 10 round with contiues punching. and that weight where he is drained to.

cant tell intell he fights another thing it like Ouma where people said Taylor is going to KO him Taylor threw everything he got but couldnt KO Ouma

            Corrales to face Clottey!

            Corrales to face Clottey!

            By Karl Freitag

Former world champion Diego Corrales will make his welterweight debut against Joshua Clottey on April 7. Corrales, a former 130- and 135-pound champion, will bypass the 140-pound division, moving directly to the 147-pound ranks. Clottey is coming off of a hard fought loss in a WBO welterweight title challenge against Antonio Margarito. No venue has been named. The bout will be nationally televised.

Corrales is mighty brave for taking on Clottey as his first opponent as a welterweight. I don't think Corrales has enough defensive skills to beat Clottey.

I've been thinking about this for some time, and it may just be the right move. Clottey is a talented kid, much more so than I previously thought, but isn't the dangerous foe that a guy like Cotto or Margarito is. I think this is exactly where Corrales needs to be at this stage of his career. He was never a junior lightweight or a lightweight. He should've been at 147 a long time ago. How his body made that weight I'll never know.
