Better record, more title defenses, beat most of the same fighters as Oscar, only that he beat them first, and a W over Oscar...nuff said.

True, but when they met in the ring. Tito got worked over.

He coulda KO'ed Trinidad just as easily as Trinidad coulda KO'ed hi. He just boxed, got tired, than tried to stay away from Titos power.

After the fight, Oscar said 'he wanted to showcase his boxing skills.' Thinkin he wouldn't get robbed.

Next fight with Mosley, Oscar said 'I want to show people I can be a warrior.'

YOU DON'T TRY TO BE A 'WARRIOR' WITH A FIGHTER LIKE MOSLEY. He shoulda fought Mosley the same way he fought Trinidad. Should have kept Mosley off with the jab and the right hand instead of tryin to go toe to toe with the faster handed Mosley.

Point is, Oscar is so obsessed with 'how he looks' in so many ways, that it officialy ****ed up the most important part of his career. "I want to showcase my boxing skills." & "Ok now I want to be a warrior." & "Ok now I want to sing."

lol You can't ****in be worried with how you look that much, you gotta utilize your ability's with inteligence. **** with a fighter when you can, Box when you have to. You don't make up your ****in mind before the **** even goes down.

Oscar has no one to blame but himself, because he never really understood the sport.

The Hopkins and Haglers, you see em now and they all talk about the sport in vivid detail. They're fighters, they know the sport. lol Oscar talks about being in movies. His head just wasn't/isn't in the sport...All that money, *****, and fame ****ed his prioritys up.

He never knew the sport? World titles in 5 different weight classes, a olympic gold medal and a promoter.

He still doesn't understand the sport, maybe he will learn some day. You could teach him.

No question he rode his physical abilitys well, but when it was time for him to perform at the peak of his career...he came up short.

Trading with shane Mosley so he could look like a "warrior," fighting half ass against Tito, leaving the sport to sing, showing up in that felix sturm fight looking like a bloated pig because he cant stay in shape in his off time...lol Yeah, that sounds like a brilliant boxer.

Oscar had enough skill and potential to be somthin great, but he always came up short. Everyone knows he could do better, thats why he gets soo many second chances. People are always curious to see wich Oscar shows up in the ring. Now are all those little short comings bad luck? Or is it because his head just wasnt in it? hmmmmmm

Your right he made some bad choices. It's a shame at one point I though he was unbeatable. The mosley fight was just ****** on oscar's part.

Yeah, I watch that Mosley fight and it's just amazing at how oblivious Oscar was. He previously shown incredible boxing skills in the Tito fight, I mean he worked Tito over...But with in the Mosley fight, he kept tryin to exchange punches, round after round lol, it's like he was a robot that only knew how to do one thing. It's like he was almost ******ed or somthin....Not tryin to bash Oscar, cause I'ma fan. It's just you hate to see potential like that get waisted.

You speak the truth bro. He should have just boxed Mosley with a jab. I wish Oscar threw more punches against Hopkins, got in and got out. Except he just stood there waiting. He should have taken advantage of his speed.

Well first judge who gave tito the first round gave oscar the last, Which goes to show how much sense that makes, Lol @ the people who can't accept the fact tito had 12 rounds to knock out or "HURT" DLH and couldn't..and DLH put on a spactacular performance but couldn't close the show..**** those judges and **** don king too.. and lol @ borikua saying tito had the better career.
Tito is without question a dope ass fighter..but he got pwnt badly and completely dissappeared off the map of boxing forever..unlike oscar who took loses and kept fighting which is why he is way more respected..
