Then tell me why all top level bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongmen and even sprinters are all in their early thirties to early forties. Enough with the internet articles or whatever textbook stuff your telling me, look at the atheletes themselves.

Actually the cruiserweight limit is till 200 pounds, if your above that your a heavyweight, Evander was 190 pounds against Carlos De Leon, and then when he moved to Heavyweight in his next fight (which was after four months) he was 202 pounds against James Tillis, just 2 pounds over the cruiserweight limit, then after James Tillis his next fight (4 months later again) he was 210 lbs against Pinklos Thomas, so basically he was 190, 202, and then 210 so he went from 190 to 210 in 8 months, which is not really that much - gaining 20 pounds (8.5 KG) is not that much Specially for a guy like Holyfield, he was 6'3

These days Heavyweight fighters weigh in 20 pounds lighter at the actual weigh-in at the scales, when its fight night they gain that much (15 to 20 pounds), just the next day.

It wasnt an article. It was on ESPN NEWS the TV Channel. They'll probably have something on ESPN when it becomes official. Which could be pretty soon

it was 20 lbs of lean muscle in less than a year. thats not possible without steroids. these guys going way down in weight to make a lower weight class is a totally different thing. they totally drain and dehydrate themselves to get low then just put theyre natural weight back on immediately by drinking water and eating there normal diet. thats a very dangerous thing to do and someone is going to end up in a pine box soon from it

That's silly. The entire problem is that it is so easy to pass a test through deceptive methods.

Everyone should be in unison decrying this cheating behavior that's going on in sports today. It's not fair. Period.

Your stamina and quickness peak in your 20's but actual physical strength and muscle mass does not reach it's highest natural level until the early to mid 30's. Take two verisions of the same person, one 22 and the other 32, assuming the 32 year old has not stopped working out, and he'll be a lot stronger than the 22 year old.

Watch the world's strongest man competition. Few of those guys are much younger than 30.
