Im not sure to be honest. Fair enough he showed good power in his last fight but against that Drilzane bloke the fight before he looked featherfisted. Hes still only 19/20 though so his power is surely going to improve.

I like you Wire, you know that. But this thread sucks balls.

Heavyweights reputedly turned down sparring with Naz he hit so hard.

Khan isn't anywhere near that league.

But on lighter news, I've been signed up as Amir's next opponent. Frankie thinks I might give him a good test.

Amir Khan will turn out to be a great fighter, just wait and watch he will shut the critics, I agree his opposition has'nt been quality but he is a guy with 11 fights as a Pro, it will increase, his last 4 opponents have a combined record of 48-9-2 including a first round TKO of colin blain who gave Ricky Burns trouble and lost a close UD, and Ricky burns has a W over the former British Champion Graham Earl, anyways the point is his opposition will increase soon hes only 20 years old and had 11 Profesional fights, either if you are a critic you have to admit the guys got very quick hands and nice foot movements, if he has a floyd mayweather type defense he will be Unbeatable, I heard warren said khan will face the winner of thaxton vs lawton for the british lightweight title, and maybe later in an year or so fight top 10 contenders to get a shot at the world title, this is good news if warren sticks to his words.

that was a nice punch -it didn't travel much

However his power isn't the same level as Nas.
Khan is more of a speed merchant IMO but he is still young and learning so his power will improve

how often do you see a guy knocked down for the count of 10 nowadays?

Khan isn't a one punch KO artist like hearns was but he is quick and powerful and that was a very nice punch

naz hit very hard but he threw himself into his punches adn left hiself open, thats exactly why he didn't do well against good opposition.

khan is still fighting guys who aren't great competition because he has had 11 fights! most fighters go through exactly the same thing. it's a learning experience and it will help him learn. i have no doubt he will someday be a contender for world titles

MAN I THINK HE IS THE BEST BOXER EVER, HE COULD EASILY MOVE TO HEAVYWEIGHT AND BEAT ALL THE GUYS UP THERE, AND HE WOULD WALK OVER OSCAR AND FLOYD IN ONE NITE 1 ROUND EACH

ohhhhh no wait this is real life not amirs world, he is good boxer, average at everything, hand speed is good everything is good nothing is great about him yet and no he doesnt have 1 punch KNOCK OUT power

lol he's only been knockin weak featherweights. against a genuine lightweght in drilzane none of his lil girly punches did *** all. take away his speed and you aint got much at this point.
