Jmm Will Humiliate Barrera

I for one don't belive barrera is done like many of you belive. His last 2 fights were againts a young very talented fighter. He does what he needs to do to win.(even if it means boxing) just like I think a rematch with pac would be diffrent. Not saying he will win but a close (either way)decision fight againts pac is good enough for me.

Only if these two had squared off years ago, but it's still nice. I think the best of each guy or the better guy will emerge.

I think skillwise their about the same. But I think Marquez is just hungrier. Sometimes its the deciding factor. I don't really care who wins. I'm just happy the fight will actually happen. I'm giddy like school girl!!!

I really don't know who to go with.I like Marquez cuz he looks like he has more left in the tank.Then again every time people count MAB out,he seems to come back with a good performance!

MAB's pride > JMM's 34 year old hunger. I think that MAB is younger than JMM so don't say MAB is too old.

I disagree, i think a few years back JMM would have demolished Barrera, but JMM has definitely lost a step, he isnt as quick with his hands as he used to be, he still hits hard, he is well schooled and conditioned. I just think Barrera has the edge on hand speed, and he will not engage JMM on toe to toe battle. JMM is too strong for Barrera to do that imo. Barrera is going to try to fight going backwards.

BUT JMM IS TOO GOOD OF A COUNTER PUNCHER, HE'LL TIME BARRERA'S JAB AND COUNTER HIM ALL NIGHT, IMO BARRERA HAS THE EDGE IN POWER, SO HE SHOULD PRESS THE ACTION, IF HE HOLDS BACK EVEN GOING BACKWARDS JMM IS GOING TO COUNTER HIM....

I hope not. That would make for pretty boring fight, since Marquez is a counter puncher. I hope Barrera holds true to his word and fight like he used to when he had the Menudo Mullet.
