Hatton says that he would never trade his physical gifts with those of Mayweather. He won't even stay up to watch Mayweather face Oscar De La Hoya on May 5, because in his opinion the style of Mayweather will make for a bad fight.

"As fantastic as Mayweather is, I would not swap my style for his talent. I think he will be very negative in the De La Hoya fight. I might set the video but I won't stay up to watch it," Hatton said.

While in essence I agree with you, I've yet to hear Hatton be booed by an audience. So he could use that to justify his view.
