Well that is also probably what got him into trouble once he got into
his 30's. The body naturally declines with age. Add age, plus the wear and tear of his career, and you've got BACK TO BACK serious injuries.

There is only so much the body can take before it breaks.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kostya actually over-trained quite a number of times, especially when he got older.

I have always heard about these things but that is the first exorcism I've seen caught on tape.

lol "Overtraining" "You don't have to work hard" "Train smart"

              Shut the **** up.

Every pro busts their ass all day, every day. They run miles, lift weights, shadowbox, hit all sorts of bags, do circuit training, sparring, and push themselves to the max.....if they want to be the best.

Overtraining does exist though, the prime example of overtraining would be vitaly, all of his injuries come from overtraining in specific training fields.
Human body, does not matter how gifted, can only go so far, and even if a mind can go further, sometimes(in fact many times) the body just does not quite get there.

He was in kickboxing and received most of his injuries through the punishment taken and given there.

I am talking about his shoulder injury and the kickboxing is the whole other thread which contributed to his inkuries, but what really was the cause id the overtraining or should I say incorrect training.

                      **** yeah it exists.....

I'm just sick of people acting like a brisk Jane Fonda walk gets you into fighting shape. That's totally absurd.
