He doesn't do the leg raises the way your suppose to. Your suppose to lock the legs when coming up not bending them, but I could never do that **** cause it looks way too intense. I would love the benefits for it though..

Who is he? You can spend hours and hours in the gym working on strength and conditioning but if you dont have a skillset you wont go anywhere.
