Mayweather and Whitaker DO NOT have different defense, infact, if you know anything about Mayweather and Whitaker, Mayweather is actually a far more offensive fighter, with more power.

I just mean Mayweather wouldnt be in Chavez's face like Whitaker was. Like against the older, slower, over-the-hill Gatti, Mayweather waited for his moment before he opened up with power shots. He would want space and distance to fight Chavez. Mayweather has balls, he just has a saftey first approach IMO. Smart, but cautous.

And Whitaker and PBF do indeed have different defensive styles. Mayweather relies much more on his feet, Whitaker became flatfooted, and mostly slipped shots. As i said. Mayweather wants space. And covers up differently to Whitaker.
