      Well the thing is, its not based on just one persons opinion, its based on the opinion of all the boxing pugalists who have any involvement in the ring, therefore its much less biased than yours or mine would tend to be.

              It is based on opinions by people, most of whom just joined the rating system in 2007 which are just going along with what the ring already had as its law... Fighter are now just changed out depending on who wins and how valuable that win is perceived... that is all man.. just another system... not corrupted by money, but still just another subjective system.. if it were truly by the opinions of the many, then the would just wipe the slate clean and start again.. they just kept it as is and are goign to add and remove from thsi point on...

                obviously one can argue one way or another, but the Ring is a well respected authoratitive rating source.
                you cant argue that.
                that doesnt mean you cant disagree with it, though.

                  Look.. we have definately fallen way off course... this is now becoming pointless... I say Mijares is world-class and you say he is not... we agree to disagree... let us forget the ring and all other stuff..
