Jorge Arce dodging Darchinyan?

Sorry if this thread has been made, but the fact is we still havn't seen an Arce-Darchinyan match... Both fighters havn't lost and are still considered among the best in their weightclass. As a fan, This is the fight i want to see.

can you give me a legit reason why Arce would face this guy instead of making a bigger fight with more money involved? (a la Vic D)

The problem with a lot people, no disrespect, is that because they have not heard or seen a particular fighter, then that boxer must not be good... Mijares is a very good fighter that will be game and tough who has earned his money fight... if you want a really money fight for arce, put him in there against martin castillo at 115 as that is a match up that has been talked about for about 1-year...

Now in regards to the Darchinyan fight... with Shaw participating in legal action against Top Rank, and Vic wanting an even purse split eventhough he is not a draw, that fight will not happen... At least not anytime soon...

Not to stir **** but who the hell are you to call PBF34 a moron? Have you seen any of his other posts, time and time again the dude proves to be one of the most useful and intelligent posters on this forum. And that's not not-hugging, that **** is the truth.

And for the record, just because you hold a title and are undefeated for X number of years doesn't mean you're championship material. I could name multiple examples but for now I'll give you one most recent, Antonio Margarito.

Agreed but, in Mijares' case, he is legitimate... It is because he is unknown that makes people think he is not...

Who has darchinyan fought?..he is about to fight another no name bum...if he wants the fight to happen he should get better promoters...Arce fights whoever they put in front of him....darchinyan fights nobodies and claims to be great....he is another hussen husein remember what happen to him...he had a 98% knock out ratio and Arce demolished him...
