i like trinidad, but he pisses me off with this "retirement" bull****. he retires every time he loses and says hes never coming back. he came back against mayorga, that was great. lost to winky and then retired for the 2nd time. and now people are saying that he might fight cory spinks.

When you're a sound technical boxer is hard winning fights when the guy in front of you is hurting you anywhere he catches you. They got their shot at the WW IBF title for being very good boxers, Tito proved to be too much for them. As far as Carr, he was undefeated and at the peek of his career when he fought Tito, it was a systematic break down in Tito's part, one of his best fights I've seen.

I must agree that after certain point in his career Tito forgot all about boxing and was trying to win fights coming straight at fighters, no defense and trying to win with a big shot. People tend to forget how good of a boxer Tito once was.

If I recall right, a LOT of people thought Carr was going to give Tito a boxing lesson that night. Carr was a very good boxer, it took some time for Tito to break him down, but finally did and stopped him in the 9th, I believe it was.
Tell me one thing, did you see Carr's vs DLH fight after Carr was really past his prime?

I didn't menion P, you did. Camacho? With 1 loss to Chavez was past his prime? Those were considered very good fighters back in the day.
