I think Oscar made the correct decision by picking Freddie Roach to train him for this fight and probably would have been better off if he had chosen Freddie 3 years ago.

I don't know what Floyd Sr teaches his fighters in the gym but it had better be something special because his best advice for his fighters between rounds seems to be "Hit that ****ing ***** man, he's a *****!"

I really don't know what Oscar saw in him.

It's not about defending him,its about defending a trainer's right to be upset that he is not getting paid as he should be. Teddy Atlas knows about that as well, for he went through something similar when his fighter was slated to face SRL back in the day. However, he was dropped and replaced before the fight and lost out on one of his potential biggest paydays as a trainer.

Does Mayweather have a point though,and that's how you going to drop him over a pitty money dispute, when he was not even slated to make 10% of ODL's purse. Is that not the unwritten rule that trainers should atleast make that much,no matter what the purse is? Sr. didnt make DLH.... if anything DLH made Sr. and any potentially profitable future fighters that come to him for training are almost sure to be attracted to him by the fact he trained DLH and DLH said he was the best trainer ever.

Despite the fact many dont believe Sr. actually ever helped DLH any.

WHEN and where did he say anything about Roach's career boxing because I didn't read that. I read that he said somethings about his training career, but not his fight career. Fact is Oscar has technically been a better boxer since being with Floyd Sr. You just be hating too tough, and u right Floyd Sr was hating too, but atleast he did it where ROACH could defend himself.
