In as much as I hate Marg for ducking Williams now, this is just a logical move.
He is abandoning his belt for a crack at another belt.

Cotto and Williams are both dangerous fighters, But who's got a bigger name and who's offering more money? So putting the hatred aside who will you fight if you're on Marg's shoe?

After all this is what the guy has been waiting for, for so long. This is a big gamble for Marg because if he loses to Cotto then he ends up with no title, but he is taking risk, so enlighten folks.

Thats funny as hell!!!!! Good post!!! I agree and have said this before. I've never seen someone spend so much of there time hating on someone. I think Tony might have a stalker. I guess Floyd taught Tony something, but I don't consider what Tony is doing to be what Floyd did. I mean it's one thing to do this and take a step back in competition like Floyd did (Baldomir) but Tony is taking a major step up in competition with higher risk fighting Cotto. Cotto is a much better fighter and is way more established than Williams is. he is also the bigger name and will bring more money. I get sick of the Floyd nuthuggers calling this a duck when Tony is stepping up in competition. Yea he's ducking Willaims to fight a more dangerous fighter in Cotto. He is taking on a true welterweight champ in Cotto not a paper champ in Baldomir. Not to disrespect Baldy but he was nothing more than a journeyman who had his fifteen minutes of fame. It would be ****** of Marg to take on Williams instaed of Cotto or even before Cotto and riisk the biggest pay day of his life. Not to mention take on two tough fights back to back. This is a smart move by Tony. You can't compare this to what Floyd di because he is fighting a tougher fighter so get over Floyd nuthuggers.
