Wasn't he TKO'd twice by Kostya and also KO'd by two not so great fighters before him though.

those are the main ones I can think of..
As a Lightweight I give him credit but when he moved up
You got dudes like Corley, Judah, Gatti, Baldomir etc.... None of witch are grade A fighters.. Why does this make him so great?? To be the best don't you have to fight the best?? He hasn't really had a great line up or took a challenge with a fighter in two years, Hasn't stayed consistent!.. So my question is who is the best he beat?? and If you beat a bunch of B and C fighters does that make you an A fighter??

P.S. No Flaming.... Debate or disagree in your post but don't get into an emotional argument..Save it for your momma
Who were the A class fighters that were available that he chose not to fight?? And please don't mention margarito.

          No shame in that

Tszyu's the greatest 140lber of all-time, and probably had the most dangerous right hand of all-time.

His best wins are against a prime Castillo twice.

What "A" fighters did Mayweather avoid? It's more like they avoided him...

Exactly. And let's not forget Hamed and Hatton turned down Mayweather time and again.

Hamed around '99-'00 and Hatton around '03-'04.

Yeah that first fight goes down as a victory on paper. Floyd didn't win that fight. Castillo 116-112.

True theres not many options out there at this time but he could of fought a guy like Hatton or Cotto some one fresh and who have alot of support and are also undefeated it would add more to his resume than Carlos Baldomir..or a shot Gatti.

carlos baldomir doesnt look very well on his record, but remmber the time of the fight, everybody was confused,we sort of knew floyd would school him,but there was that feeling in the back of our minds after seing baldy destroy gatti and nearly stop judah
