This may not overwhelm you with surprise, but I dropped the name Wladimir Klitschko to a college classroom yesterday without it being recognized by one person. I was elaborating a passage from David Hume when I referred to my having seen Wladimir Klitschko balance a dollar bill in the air on German television. I mentioned the incident a second time a few minutes later, at which point I stopped and said "How many of you know who that is?", only to receive blank and disappointed faces. (Of course 75% of them were busy trying to get a look at my ****, but that's another story :boobies: ). I said "He's only the heavyweight champ, but I guess no one cares about that anymore" and then continued about my business.

That is all.

That's a shame. Wladimir is a very intriguing figure who deserves more notice.

I admire him tremendously for many reasons, most of which is his world view.

He's a good fighter to boot.

I also admire you KayJay; for having the good sense to do something for a living that includes having contact with young minds, and behinds. Props.
