Nah forget that. Floyd isn't going to try to KO or knock down De La Hoya. He has bad hands, and if he's outboxing DLH he won't go for a KD or KO. I'm not ******.Comment

Nah nah nah Diego lighten up.
Half of the people who's gonna watch this fight are the casual boxing fans and these people doesn't care who trains who and it won't affect their interest in watching the fight.
Now for the other half it's gonna be the full blooded boxing fans and just the same I don't think PBF Sr's absence from the scene won't disuade them in watching the fight.
Maybe it's just not HYPED as it could have been.Comment

I think you have it reversed. Fans like you and I don't care if Sr. is in the fight at all and really don't prefer him to be involved. But when a casual fan hears that story, about a dad training OSCAR DE LA HOYA against his son, who happens to be the BEST FIGHTER IN THE WORLD, that adds a lot of drama. A LOT. Maybe more than has ever been involved in a boxing fight. This will hurt sales in the long run (as if this isn't gonna be the biggest money grossing boxing PPV ever anyway lol). Think of all the women that would watch it with a tagline like that. My mother was interested for crying out loud! This hurts sales, but it is the right move by Oscar, who doesn't need money anyway.Nah nah nah Diego lighten up.
