Yes, Winky/Trinidad was boring. But fans witnessed defensive dominance and years down, when they talk about great defensive fighters, they'll tell others to look back at that fight as a benchmark of his ability.

lol, ok my fav. boxer of all time is shane mosley, I love his style of fighting ... are boxing styles are similar... he knocked out wilfredo rivera in the 10th round of his first fight in the welter weight division ...trinidad and delahoya had fought the same fighter before and never knocked him out ... mosley moved up to fight forest back to back... and he fought winky back to back...showed a lot of heart because he didnt need to fight neither one of these guys ...
i would say he came out with at least a draw in the 2nd fight with forest ...
and I think he won the fight against winky the 2nd time around ... he was the first real person to actually beat delahoya ...

You claim you're a fan of Zahir Raheem "when he's schooling Morales". Did you see his last fight against Freitas? That might have been the most miserable, boring, defensive performance of all time. I have yet to read you claiming he "sucks". What's really laughable is how you scored the second Wright v.s. Mosley fight in favor of Mosley. I think you need to take the Balboa glasses off and watch him get picked apart only to find that his punches do absolutely nothing to Wink. Did you miss the part where he dropped his hands and let Mosley unload on him? LMFAO. Nuff said.

Id RATHER see a fighter go thru his career having sum real battles but say for example Roy Jones, if he had retired after Ruiz after having little trouble his whole career is he great? Of course he ****in is! He still goes down as an ATG for me! Winky is class, He fights the best and usually wins! He aint that boring, there are more exciteing fighters but he aint bad action wise.
