It existed before and after recorded history.

People will always discrimanate. They do all the time, in many parts of the world.

Africans amongst Africans, Europeans amongst Europeans, Asians amongst Asians, and interacial discrimination in North America among other places.

All we can do is try to make it better, however its an ugly reality we have to live with.
